Membership fees fall due at the time of the AGM which will be held on Tuesday 21st March, 2017 at 5.30pm in the Seaforth Community Hall.  Please forward your membership fee ($5.00/person) by cheque to:

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Hibiscus Coast progress & Sports Association is on Tuesday the 21st of March at 5:30pm in the Community Hall in Prince Charles Street Seaforth.

Pizzas and drinks will be supplied on the night after the meeting so feel free to come along.  The meeting is open to all members or prospective members. Children are welcome under the supervision of a Parent or Guardian.  Only Current Financial Members will be allowed to vote on Committee Positions.

The agenda for the meeting will include, Financial reports from our Auditors Bennett Partners.

All Committee positions will be open and if you would like be part of this long running community group please feel free to complete a committee nomination form.
