Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting for the Hibiscus Coast progress & Sports Association will be in March at the Community Hall in Prince Charles Street Seaforth. Keep an eye out on Facebook or the Hibiscus Herald for the date.
The meeting is open to all members or prospective members. Children are welcome under the supervision of a Parent or Guardian. Only Current Financial Members will be allowed to vote on Committee Positions.
The agenda for the meeting will include, Financial reports from our Auditors Bennett Partners.
All Committee positions will be open and if you would like be part of this long running community group please feel free to complete a committee nomination form.
